My Contribution
As one of the featured speakers alongside distinguished academics and experts, I shared insights on leadership excellence and organisational transformation with Wales’ most influential public service leaders. My presentation focused on practical frameworks for creating sustainable change whilst building collaborative partnerships across sectors.
The Summer School provided an exceptional platform to explore how authentic leadership drives transformation in complex public service environments. I was particularly pleased to contribute to discussions on building resilient teams and fostering innovation in challenging circumstances.
